  Securely place the jewelry in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included to maintain eligibility.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects and approves the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
